88vip takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned minus any bonus amounts already used, subject to applicable processing procedures.
2. Account Registration

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 88vip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following provisions govern deposits, withdrawals, and related financial matters. 88vip does not charge fees on standard local payment method transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 5Inactive Accounts and Dormancy
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 88vip will endeavour to contact the account holder using the registered contact details before applying any dormancy provisions. Players are encouraged to log in and make use of their account periodically to maintain active status. Any applicable dormancy fees or procedures will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 88vip platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of 88vip or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond 88vip's control. 88vip will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by a temporary suspension or interruption of service, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service as promptly as practicable.
9Indirect and Consequential Loss
To the extent permitted by law, 88vip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 88vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or these Terms is to cease using the platform and close your account.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
